Questions, answered

The questions I am asked most, answered plainly.

How the content, education, advisory and fractional leadership fit together, and what you can expect from each of them.

For professionals

The questions I hear from professionals.

01Is the content only for Pega professionals?

No. Strivon is a broad technology and AI learning space covering AI tools, agents, cybersecurity, careers, products and enterprise systems. Pega and customer decisioning are one specialist corner of it, not the whole picture.

02Is any of the content behind a paywall?

No. All six learning areas are free and open to everyone, and the newsletter is the only thing on the site that asks for an email address.

03Do I need an account to read or watch anything?

No. Everything in the learning areas is open, and there is no sign-up form standing in front of any of it.

For organisations

The questions I hear from organisations.

01Do you provide general AI consulting?

No, and that is deliberate. My focus is practical and specific: enterprise AI, customer decisioning, Pega Customer Decision Hub, banking transformation, migration and delivery.

02Can you deliver team workshops?

Yes, subject to fit, audience and availability. A short conversation first makes sure a workshop is the right format for what your team needs.

03Do you take fractional or part-time leadership roles?

Yes. I take fractional Chief AI Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Customer Decisioning and Chief Transformation Officer roles, for part of each week. The remit, the days per week and the term are all agreed in writing before the engagement starts.

Advisory board and non-executive positions are considered on the same basis.

04Do you take keynote speaking engagements?

Yes. I take keynotes, panels and internal leadership sessions on enterprise AI, customer decisioning, transformation and technology careers, subject to fit, audience and availability.

05Do you provide recruitment services?

No. My focus is education, the free AI audit, workshops and scoped advisory, rather than sourcing or placing candidates.

06Is the free AI audit really free?

Yes. It is a structured review of one real workflow, and it ends with a written summary that is yours to keep whether or not anything else follows.

It is deliberately scoped as a review. A full implementation or architecture engagement is a separate piece of work, agreed and priced on its own.

About the content

The questions I hear about the content.

01Is this a news channel?

No. The focus is clear explanation, practical application and informed opinion, rather than a report on whatever happened in AI today.

02How often is content published?

I aim for sustainable consistency rather than daily publishing, which means one substantial video every week or two, supported by LinkedIn posts and the fortnightly newsletter.

Still wondering?

Ask me anything I have not covered.

Send your question through and it may well end up answered here, or in the fortnightly newsletter, for the next person who wonders the same thing.
