The free AI audit
- The audit is a structured review of one workflow or business problem.
- It results in a focused discussion and a written summary of opportunities, constraints and possible next actions.
- It is not a full implementation, architecture or assurance engagement, and does not include review of confidential data unless separately agreed in writing.
- There is no cost and no obligation on either side to proceed further.
Workshop terms
- Workshops are scoped in advance around a defined audience and outcome.
- Delivery is subject to fit, audience and availability.
- Fees, dates, format and follow-up material are agreed in writing before delivery.
- Materials provided during a workshop are licensed for internal use by the participating organisation.
Keynote speaking
- Keynotes are scoped in advance around a defined audience, format and date.
- Delivery is subject to fit, audience and availability.
- Fees, travel, recording and any reuse of the keynote are agreed in writing beforehand.
- Any sponsor involvement in a keynote is disclosed to the audience.
Advisory scope
- Advisory work is limited to the areas described on the advisory page and is deliberately focused.
- It does not replace your delivery team, and it does not include decisions made on your behalf.
- Recommendations are based on the context you provide at the time.
- Scope, fees and duration are agreed in writing before work begins.
Fractional leadership scope
- Fractional engagements are limited to the roles described on the fractional leadership page.
- The remit, reporting line, days per week, term and fees are agreed in writing before the engagement begins.
- Decisions are taken within the agreed remit and inside your governance, and none are taken outside it.
- Term, notice and handover are set out in the written scope.
Payments and refunds
- Workshops, keynote speaking, advisory work and fractional engagements are invoiced as agreed in the relevant written scope.
- Where a service has not been delivered, fees paid for it are refundable. Fees for work already delivered are not.
- Booked conversations that carry a fee are paid for at the time of booking. Cancel more than 24 hours before the conversation is due to start, using the link in your confirmation email, and the fee is returned to your card in full. Cancel inside those 24 hours, or let the time pass without cancelling, and the fee is not returned: the time was held for you and is no longer available to anyone else at that notice. Cancelling releases the slot either way. If we cancel a conversation, your fee is returned in full whenever that happens. Statutory consumer rights in your own country that cannot be excluded are unaffected by this.
- Digital products are delivered immediately as a download and are non-refundable, except where the file is faulty, cannot be opened, or is not as described. To make a claim, reply to your purchase email. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it within five business days, and may request further information from you to help settle the claim sooner. Strivon Group Pty Ltd is an Australian company and the Australian Consumer Law applies; statutory consumer rights in your own country that cannot be excluded also apply.

Platform limitations
The website is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and features described as being built or planned may change. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the website or free content is limited to resupplying that content; liability for paid services is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
