No cost · No obligationENTRY OFFER

Discover the practical AI opportunities hiding inside one real workflow.

A structured review at no cost for teams exploring AI in delivery, migration, decisioning, customer operations or enterprise technology. You bring one workflow, and you leave with a written summary that is yours to keep either way.

Scope your audit

Seven questions, and I can start before we even speak.

These are the questions I would ask in the first ten minutes anyway. Answering them here means the conversation starts from your situation rather than arriving at it, and I can read them before we meet.

Question 01 of 07
Which part of the business does the workflow sit in?

Pick the closest. The audit works the same way wherever it lands.

What you receiveSample structure
AI Workflow Audit· your workflow here
01
Practical opportunities

Candidate AI use cases drawn from the workflow itself, not a generic list.

02
Likely business value

Where the effort sits today, and which opportunities are worth taking seriously first.

03
Risks and constraints

Data quality, governance, explainability and the practical system boundaries.

04
Recommended next steps

A short, ordered list — including "not yet", where that is the honest answer.

Yours to keepPlain languageSafe to circulate

The audit is deliberately scoped. It is a structured review, not a full consulting engagement delivered for free.

How it works

Three simple steps, with no obligation at any point.

There is no procurement cycle and no six-week discovery exercise. You bring one workflow, I hold a structured discussion, and you receive a written summary you can act on with or without me.

Step 01
Map the opportunity

I walk through one real workflow with you, looking at where the manual effort sits, what the data and system constraints are and which AI use cases could realistically apply. You leave with a shortlist rather than a pitch deck.

Step 02
Get the written summary

You receive a short written summary covering the practical opportunities, the likely business value, the governance and implementation risks and the next actions worth taking. It is written plainly enough to circulate internally without translation.

Step 03
Decide what happens next

The summary is yours whether or not anything follows. If a next step is worth taking, it might be your own team, a workshop or focused advisory, and sometimes the honest answer is that the payback is not there yet.

What the audit produces

Five things you will walk away with.

Every audit ends in the same shape, whatever the workflow was, which is exactly what makes it easy to circulate internally.

01

Identify practical AI opportunities

You get candidate use cases drawn from your actual workflow rather than a generic list of AI ideas.

02

Assess likely business value

You see where the effort sits today, and which opportunities are worth taking seriously first.

03

Highlight risks and constraints

I set out the data quality, system boundaries, governance, explainability and practical limits that would shape any implementation.

04

Recommend sensible next steps

You get a short, ordered set of next actions, including doing nothing yet where that is the honest answer.

05

Avoid generic AI hype

There is no vendor pitch, no model leaderboard and no promise that cannot survive contact with a regulated environment.

A note from the founder

What is the catch, and why is the audit free?

It is a fair question. A lot of consulting puts a paywall in front of the thinking and saves the real answers for after you have signed something.

The honest reason is that an engagement cannot be scoped accurately without doing this work anyway. Understanding your workflow, your data and what your team can realistically absorb is the first thing any serious recommendation depends on.

So it stopped being a sales call and became something I simply give away. If the summary says the highest-value move is something you can build in-house, that is what it will say. If it says the payback is not there yet, it will say that too.

The right fit

Who the audit is for, and who it is not for.

Being clear about this up front keeps the conversation useful for both of us.

Who it is for
A good fit
  • Technology leaders who need a clear view before committing budget.
  • Transformation leads with a programme that AI might help.
  • Enterprise architects working out where AI fits in the estate.
  • Delivery leaders who want a shortlist rather than a pitch.
  • Banking and financial-services teams working under real governance.
  • Pega and decisioning teams looking at where AI meets next-best-action.
  • Any organisation exploring responsible AI adoption.
Who it is not for
Not the right fit
  • General curiosity about AI with no real workflow behind it.
  • Individual coding questions, which are better answered elsewhere.
  • Reviews of confidential data you do not have permission to share.
  • A full implementation or architecture engagement, which is scoped and priced separately.
  • A guarantee of cost savings, which I do not make.
